IRCE 2020 | Virtual Conference

The three days conference-2020 The 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Robotics and Control Engineering (IRCE 2020) was held online for COVID-19. This conference  was co-sponsored by Singapore Institute of Electronic, Singapore, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China, patrons with Concordia University, Canada, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Science and Engineering Institute, USA, etc. Special appreciation extends to all speakers, committee members, and participants. Let's share the excellent moment together.

PROCEEDINGS

Accepted, registered and presented papers were published in IRCE conference proceedings with ISBN: 978-1-7281-8971-0. Successfully online, included in IEEE Xplore (Click) and indexed by EI Compendex and SCOPUS.

Enjoy the Conference

The conference chair Prof. Shane Xie made the opening remarks. Professor Xie mentioned that during the epidemic, although we were unable to face-to-face and exchanges academic reports in the UK, the form of online conferences brought us closer together. Experts and scholars from all over the world can benefit a lot from this International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Control Engineering still.

Then Prof. Jan Peters, Technische Universitaet Darmstadt, Germany (Fellow of IEEE), Prof. Shane Xie, University of Leeds, UK (Fellow of IPENZ), Prof. Chun-Yi Su, Concordia University, Canada (Fellow of JSPS), Prof. Zhengtao Ding, The University of Manchester, UK delivered keynote speech and Prof. Richard Mitchell, University of Reading, UK delivered invite speech.

After the keynote and invite speeches, four parallel sessions were held and main disscussed about Robot and Unmanned Intelligent System, Intelligent Algorithm and Engineering Application, Computer Vision and Image Processing, Modern Electronics and Measurement Technology area.  And four best oral presenters were selected.
