Prof. Baojun Chen 陈保君教授

analysis, and the Ph.D. degree in general mechanics and
foundation of mechanics from Peking University, Beijing,
China, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. He was a Postdoc
Fellow at the BioRobotics Institute, Scuola Superiore
Sant’Anna, Pisa, Italy, from 2016 to 2020. He is currently
an associate professor with the Key Laboratory of Mechanism
Theory and Equipment Design of Ministry of Education, School
of Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin,
China. His main research interests include wearable robots,
surgical robots, robot-assisted rehabilitation,
human-machine interface, and wearable sensing.
Prof. Qiang Liu 刘强教授

Biodata: Qiang LIU, Professor at State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industries, Northeastern University, China. He is a senior member of IEEE and the recipient of the Outstanding Young Scholar of Liaoning Revitalization Talents Program, China. He is the Committee Member and Secretariat-General of the Technical Committee on Big Data of the Chinese Association of Automation. He is also the Committee Member of the IFAC Technical Committee on Fault Detection, Supervision and Safety for Technical Processes. His research interests include big data analytics, machine learning, statistical process monitoring and fault diagnosis of complex industrial processes. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers. He won a number of academic awards, including the Best Paper Award of 2018 IEEE Conference on Intelligent Rail Transportation. He is a principal investigator of two Key projects supported by Natural Science Foundation of China, and National Key Research and Development Program of China.
Assoc. Prof. Te Li 李特副教授

Biodata: Li Te, doctor of engineering, postdoctoral, associate professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, senior member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, IEEE member. Prof. Noor Maizura Mohamad Noor

Biodata: Noor Maizura Mohamad Noor is currently a professor at the Faculty of Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). Her recent research work focuses on improving organizational decision-making practices through the use of technologies. This includes research interests in the design, development, and evaluation of Decision Support Systems (DSS) for analyzing and improving decision processes. Her research interests also focus on the areas of computer science, intelligent DSS, clinical DSS, and information systems as well as action research in education. She has presented and published over two hundred research papers on the DSS at various international and local refereed journals, conferences, seminars, and symposiums.
Assoc. Prof. Feng Shu 殳峰副教授

Biodata: Dr. Feng Shu is an Associate Professor at the Academy of Engineering and Technology, Fudan University, Shanghai. He is Deputy Director of the Shanghai Ultra-precision Motion Control and Measurement Engineering Research Center，and currently leading the research group of Systems of Embedded Machine Intelligence (SEMI) at Fudan University. Prior to joining Fudan, he worked nearly ten years and held various R&D positions in the microelectronics industry in The Netherlands. His current research interests include industrial AI, high performance heterogeneous parallel computing, precision motion control and measurement algorithms, and complex system design and integration. He received his B.E. degree in 2002 from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, M.Eng. in 2004 from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and PhD in 2007 from The University of Melbourne, Australia, all in electrical engineering.

(Elect.) degree (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Cambridge, U.K., in 1998.,From 1999 to 2005, he served as the Sub-Dean for computer engineering with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and the Associate Dean for admissions with NTU, from 2006 to 2008. In September 2018, he joined the University of Regina, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science. Prior to joining the University of Regina, he was an Associate Professor with the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Republic of Korea, from 2013 to 2018; a Professor with the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), China, from 2012 to 2013; and an Associate Professor with NTU, from 1998 to 2013. He has published over 90 top quality international journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include artificial general intelligence and smart environments. He is a member of APEGS and ACM. He has served as a Reviewer for a number of premier journals and conferences, including the IEEE Wireless Communications and the IEEE Transactions on Education. He has been invited to give presentations at various scientific meetings and workshops, such as ACIRS, from 2018 to 2019; ICSPIC, in 2018; and ICATME, in 2021. Prof. Yang Yue

He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >9,000 citations, five edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued or pending patents, >170 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >20 plenary and >30 keynote talks). Prof. Xiuyu Zhang 张秀宇教授

research of intelligent control technology of hysteretic

Biodata: Jinxi Zhang received the B.S. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Northeastern University, China, in 2014 and 2020, respectively. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Research Fellow with University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is currently a Distinguished Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industries, Northeastern University, China. His research interests include nonlinear control, intelligent control, prescribed performance control, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, robotics and control, image processing, etc. He has published, as the first author or the corresponding author, more than 20 SCI papers, 3 of which are the ESI Highly Cited Papers. Dr. Zhang is currently the Vice General Secretary of the Technical Committee on Big Data of the Chinese Association of Automation and an Associate Editor of the Control Engineering of China. He served as the Guest Editors of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics and the International Journal of Fuzzy Systems. He is the recipient of the Young Talent Support Project of China Association for Science and Technology.
